A small, but significant patch.

1. Reworked the way M.T. & I like Drums stop you to avoid you suddenly getting unfrozen by other forces.
2. Nerfed M.T. & I like Drums so they can only stop eachother when interacting (M.T. stops I like Drums, and vice-versa)
3. Increased I like Drums' cooldown time from 15 to 30 seconds.
